• Returns & Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery date. Outside of this time frame will not be permitted.
• Returns can be in exchange of a credit voucher or refund.
• Refunds will be refunded back to the original payment card within 7 working days of receiving the item back to us.
• Refunds do not include initial postage costs.
• Items must be unworn with tags still attached, in the same condition that we sent them to you.
• Gift boxes must be returned in the original packaging.
• Earrings are non refundable & non exchangable due to hygeine reasons.
• Returns can be sent back to us via royal mail 1st or 2nd class post only, we do not accept DPD or EVRI.
• We have no responsibility for returns that have been lost in transit, please address this with Royal mail.
• Customers are responsible for return postage fees.
• Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will qualify for next day signed for delivery.
• Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day via next day signed for delivery.
